Every engagement starts with a €90 site visit. If we take the project, the visit is deducted. If we decline it, we say why in writing.

Fixed quotes follow the €90 visit, itemised by room. Nothing is billed by surprise; changes are re-quoted before work continues.
Interior architecture
Replanning of apartments and houses, from load-bearing survey to permit drawings.

We hold the schedule and the trades to the drawing, on site twice a week until handover.
→Furnishing & styling
Sourcing, restoration and placement, mostly from workshops within an hour of Lyon.
→The single-room study
One room, measured, drawn and priced in ten working days. The smallest honest scope.

The visit.
Ninety minutes in the apartment with a laser measure and a notebook. You get our first honest reaction on the spot, and a written scope within five working days.

The drawing.
Survey, two planning options, one recommendation. We present at the atelier, on paper, at the long table. Revisions are part of the price, up to the third round.

The site.
Tender to three contractor teams we have worked with before, then direction twice a week on site. You receive a photographed log every Friday at 17:00.

The handover.
A snagging list walked room by room, keys, care notes for every finish, and one return visit six months later, included.
