You know the cost before you sign.
We do not bill per API token, per call, or per message. You pay a fixed price for a fixed scope, or a flat monthly rate to run it. No metered surprises at month end.
Most AI pricing is designed to be unpredictable — you are charged per token, so your bill moves with usage you cannot easily forecast, and the vendor is quietly incentivized to make the system chattier. We do it the opposite way. Flat pricing aligns us with you: we have every reason to make the system efficient rather than verbose.
Key management model
BYOK or managed — your choice.
Every build can be deployed under two key management models. The model you choose affects who pays the AI providers directly — not the flat price we quote for the work.
You bring your own API keys.
You create accounts directly with Anthropic, OpenAI, or whichever providers the build requires. You hold the keys, you pay the providers, and you see every usage line on your own dashboard.
We provision the runtime environment, wire the keys into secrets (never plaintext config), and build the system. Our flat fee covers the build and the monthly retainer. Provider costs flow directly to you.

Flat pricing aligns us with you. When we are not paid per token, we have every reason to make the system efficient rather than chatty. You get a cost you can plan around, and we get a relationship built on the result rather than the meter.

Payment methods
We accept standard invoice payment (bank transfer, card) and self-custody crypto payments on major EVM-compatible networks. No KYC, no custodian — you send directly to the address we provide.
Whichever method you choose, the quoted amount is the same. Payment method does not affect scope or price.
Self-healing is included
The monthly retainer is not a support ticket queue. It includes the self-improvement loop: the system logs failures, drafts fixes, and the operator reviews and merges them. The worker gets better without extra billing.
