Our approach
We treated the inbox as a source of structured work, not a place to live. The aim was an assistant that reads what arrives, decides what actually needs doing, and turns it into a managed task list.
It needed to handle the surrounding logistics of calendar and reminders, and remember context across time so nothing had to be re-explained.
What we built
An AI assistant wired into the operator's existing tools — Google Workspace, calendar, task list. GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted, encrypted at rest. BYOK or managed-key options available.

How we think about it
The inbox is the highest-leverage place to put AI for most operators, because it is where work arrives and where work gets lost. The hard part is not reading email — it is reliably telling a real action item from noise, and remembering the right things.
