Deals that live in chats slip in a busy week
Plenty of people run their business in Telegram: partnerships, affiliate deals, sales and recruiting. Their relationships live in chats, so a promised intro or an unanswered question sinks the moment a busy week buries it.
A generic CRM asks them to copy every conversation somewhere else first, and nobody keeps that up. CRgraM began as a tool our co-founder Kirill built for his own Telegram deals, and it has grown into the product we are getting ready to launch.
What we built
CRgraM takes in your Telegram history, keeps up with new messages once you connect, and works on top of the chats you already have. Building tools on top of Telegram is also something we do for clients, as part of our Telegram automation work.
A list of who to message today
Every morning CRgraM ranks the people you should message and flags what is slipping. Each relationship gets a state, from Hot and Active to Stuck, Cold, Bring Back and Dead, and you can override any state the AI picks.
It knows people by their Telegram user ID, so a contact who changes their name keeps their history. It also proposes moving chats between your Telegram folders, and makes each move only after you approve it.
- Marta, Demo Expodeck promised, 6 days
- Orbit Mediabring back, quiet 5 weeks
- Nova Groupcold, call slots agreed
Every fact points back to its message
CRgraM pulls out the prices, terms, promises and payment signals in your chats, and links each one to the message it came from. When it tells you what was agreed, you can open the line that says so.
A keyword search covers your messages, the chat summaries, your contacts and the facts it found. Vertical packs tune it for affiliate, crypto and Web3, recruiting, sales and real estate work.

- Openpromise to share the Q4 plan
Draft replies that you send yourself
CRgraM drafts a reply in the chat's own language, and nothing goes out until you confirm it. It never sends messages for you, so every word your contacts read is one you chose to send.
The same idea runs through the rest of the product: the AI suggests, and you decide. We follow that rule in client work too, for example in an AI employee that asks a manager before each CRM change.
Your server, your Telegram session, your AI key
The database and your Telegram session stay on your own server. You bring your own AI key, and your server calls the AI provider directly. Backups are encrypted with your own passphrase before they leave the server.
CRgraM reads your chats and never posts to them. It skips channels and leaves out groups of more than 100 members, so it stays with the conversations that make up your relationships.

Where it stands
CRgraM is in beta. You can apply for a place on crgram.com, which takes a few new customers at a time. It will come as a free self-hosted community edition under the AGPL and as a managed edition, and the source goes public at launch.
We are building CRgraM with Jev at its core for fast decisions on the spot. Jev is TypeSafe AI's System One model: it returns typed decisions with a calibrated confidence score, and you set the thresholds for when it acts on its own and when it asks for review. We build our decision automation for tickets and inquiries on the same model.
CRgraM keeps its own name and its own site. If your team needs its own stages or tools, we build custom CRMs too. For the people you meet at events, our free Conference CRM script does a one-off version of the same job.
Questions about CRgraM
What is a Telegram CRM?
A Telegram CRM keeps track of the people, deals and promises that live in your Telegram chats, without asking you to copy them into another app. CRgraM reads your chat history and new messages, ranks who to message each day, flags relationships going cold and links every fact it finds to the message it came from.
Does CRgraM send Telegram messages for me?
No. CRgraM drafts replies in the chat's own language, but every message needs your confirmation, and it never sends anything on its own. Moving a chat to another Telegram folder works the same way: CRgraM proposes the move, and it happens only after you approve it.
Where is my Telegram data stored with CRgraM?
CRgraM keeps its database and your Telegram session on your own server. You bring your own AI key, and your server calls the AI provider directly. Backups are encrypted with a passphrase only you hold before they leave the server, so a copy of your data is never readable without it.
Can a Telegram CRM get my account banned?
A Telegram CRM that only reads carries less risk than one that posts, which is why CRgraM reads your chats and never sends on its own. It skips channels and groups of more than 100 members. In Kirill's own use, with more than 1.3 million messages synced live, no ban has been seen, which is evidence from one account, not a guarantee.
How do I get access to CRgraM?
CRgraM is in beta, and you can apply for a place on crgram.com, which takes a few new customers at a time. At launch it will come as a free self-hosted community edition under the AGPL and as a managed edition, and the source code goes public at the same time.
Can you build a custom Telegram CRM for our team?
Yes. We build CRMs, bots and approval flows inside Telegram for teams whose work already lives there, set up around how your team sells and follows up. We scope the job at a free audit and agree a fixed price and a date before anyone writes code, as set out in how a build with us runs.
How much does a custom Telegram CRM cost?
A custom Telegram CRM costs a fixed price to build and a monthly rate to run, and the audit that scopes it is free. The monthly rate is set for the agreed scope, and we re-quote if the scope or usage changes a lot. If you bring your own API keys, the AI providers bill you directly. Our pricing page explains both stages.
